We have launched a new appeal to raise funds for the new lock 24 and gates.
With work at Gallows Reach about to start, we are looking ahead to find funds to build the new lock next to Cricket Lane. We’re aiming to raise a challenging £200,000.
The Big Give Green Match Fund enables us to get some match funding and the first stage of this requires us to raise £50,000 in pledges to demonstrate how much support we have. We need your help!
Stage one:
We need people to pledge to support the appeal (a pledge must be a minimum of £100) and we need to raise £50,000 in pledges before 14 February 2025.
Stage two:
We wait to see if we will receive match funding of £50,000.
Stage three:
We launch the main part of the appeal.
Pledges need to be at least £100 each and we know that is unaffordable for many people. So please do pledge if you can afford that amount or more, but if £100 is too much, a smaller donation will be very welcome in the main appeal.
Thank you!
