Construction Design and Management policy
This policy ensures that Lichfield and Hatherton Canals Restoration Trust (LHCRT) complies with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM 2015) and the supporting Approved Code of Practice (ACOP) and guidance.
Environment policy
We want to ensure that our restoration activities protect and enhance the natural environment and the wildlife habitats along the Lichfield and Hatherton Canals corridors.

This is our general statement of intent on health and safety at work, including our commitment to managing health and safety.

We aim to conserve existing tree stock as long as is reasonably practicable with the minimum intervention consistent with our duties to provide public safety and any legal obligations.
