Booking for traders:
Booking will open in January 2027.
Please read all the information below carefully before submitting your booking.
Booking information
Stall size:
Gazebos must be no larger than 3m x 3m unless pre‑agreed.
Vehicles:
The site is restricted, so we cannot accept bookings from traders who trade from a van or trailer.
Vehicles cannot be brought onto the trading area.
Public Liability Insurance:
All traders must hold valid PLI.
Booking does not guarantee you a place:
We aim to offer a varied range of stalls, so bookings are accepted accordingly. If your trade is similar to one already booked, or if all spaces are filled, we will contact you to advise that we cannot accept your booking.
Please check the list of stalls already booked to ensure your offer is different before submitting your form.
Payment:
We will send you an invoice by email. Your booking will not be confirmed until payment is received. The costs for each stall type are listed on the form.
Cancellation:
If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than four weeks prior to the event. We will refund your booking fee providing we are able to rebook your space. Cancelled bookings within four weeks of the event, cannot be refunded.
The festival is kindly hosted by the Canal & River Trust, who are the landowners, while the event is organised by Lichfield & Hatherton Canals Restoration Trust.
